We are often able to establish the fixed fee for our legal services during the first consultation. This allows our clients to know the costs upfront, and also encourages our clients to ask questions and feel comfortable contacting our office without the concerns of being charged for each conversation.

Lawyer Joan Reed Wilson

Joan received her law degree from Boston University in 1997. She previously worked for a large law firm but felt a smaller firm would allow her more contact with her clients. Joan established her own law firm in 2003 to concentrate on the areas of the law that she enjoys the most – estate planning, probate, and real estate. Paralegal Josephine F. Signore

Josephine joined Joan Reed Wilson, Esq., LLC in 2007. She is a certified paralegal with over ten years of experience as a real estate, estate planning and probate paralegal. Josephine lives with her husband and two sons in Killingworth.

Legal Intern Drew McCormick

Drew joined Joan Reed Wilson, Esq., LLC as a part-time legal intern in 2006, where she performs many administrative tasks for the office. While not at the office, Drew is preparing to take the LSATs and will be applying to law school in the Fall.
